Ms. Terry Fletcher is a Healthcare coding expert with 25+ years experience in Coding, Billing and Reimbursement. She is a McVey Seminar Leader, an educator for The Coding Institute, Medlearn Inc., and AMA. Ms. Fletcher is a current AAPC Local Chapter President, and past Chair of the AAPCCA. She was awarded Coder and Educator of the year by her local Chapter for 2012. Teaching over 100 specialty coding seminars and audio conferences annually, Ms. Fletcher is also an onsite practice consultant for physician offices around the Country. Terry holds a bachelor's degree in economics and multiple certifications in coding; CPC, CCC, CEMC, CCS-P, CCS, CMSCS & CMC. It is McVey’s pleasure to present Ms. Terry Fletcher for these seminars.

Teresa Thompson, B.S. in Office Administration, is a Certified Multi-specialty Coding Specialist (CMSCS) from the Professional Association of Healthcare Coding Specialists, a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the American Academy of Professional Coders, and has made a career in physicians' offices and successful instruction on insurance over the past 25 years. From teaching college courses to on-site management, Teresa's experience is unique and comprehensive. Participants have the opportunity of learning solutions to their insurance problems from "real world" experience, by specialty. Teresa Thompson is committed to assisting practices to take back control and stop being "at effect" with patients, insurance companies, managed care and government agencies.

Arlene Morrow, CPC, CMM, CMSCS has served the healthcare industry for over 35 years with experience as a Business Office manager, Practice Administrator and Consultant. She is owner of AM Associates based in Tampa, FL, a consulting firm that specializes in conducting individualized coding and reimbursement training programs for hundreds of physician practices, medical groups and clinics nationwide. As a McVey Seminar leader for 15 years, she is a nationally recognized speaker and author of many multi-specialty coding and reimbursement workbooks. Ms. Morrow is committed to assisting specialty practices in knowing their defendable positions in accurate and complete coding.

Rhonda Granja, B.S., C.P.C., C.M.A. is an administrator, coder, biller and management consultant with 15 years of successful work in varied healthcare practices. From Medicare "Part B" side, administrator in private practice, "fighting it out" with insurances, consulting with varied specialties on-site, and active membership in AAPC & MGMA in support of fellow office managers, she has a rich background. From a practice consulting business to continuing on-site management, Rhonda's experience is unique and comprehensive. Kathleen A. Mueller, R.N., C.P.C, C.C.S.-P., C.M.S.C.S., P.C.S.  is a national independent consultant with over 32 years experience in healthcare. This includes ICU/CCU nursing, physician office administration, GI claims submission and adjudication, plus seminar instruction and on-site consulting work in hundreds of offices. Ms. Mueller is owner of AskMueller Consulting, LLC, a nationally recognized speaker and author of many multi-specialty medical and surgical coding workbooks with a special emphasis on Gastroenterology. Her presentations have included organizations such as the AGA, North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition (NASPGHAN), and Digestive Disease Week (DDW). She also writes a coding column for NASPGHAN and is consulting editor on the Gastroenterology Coding Alert.

Michael G. Warshaw, DPM, CPODCS, is a practicing podiatrist and a certified coder with over 25 years of successful coding, management, and training experience for podiatric practices. His national and local views come from active participation as a practicing podiatrist, having the distinction of being a certified podiatric coding specialist, and years of serving as a national lecturer concerning coding issues. He has the additional advantage of being an "Expert Witness" in all facets of the Medicare Appeal Process, having participated in "Fair Hearings," "Administrative Law Judge Hearings," and the actual court system. This unique prospective provides attendees the opportunity of learning solutions to their insurance and coding problems from "real world" experience, both in Dr. Warshaw's instruction and the "on-site networking" in these specialty-only workshops.

John F. Bishop, PA-C, CPC, CGSC, CPRC is a Certified Professional Coder through the AAPC  and has been an active Surgical Physician Assistant for the past 35 years. He is the President and CEO of Bishop & Associates, Inc., a Physician Coding, and Compliance and Reimbursement consulting company. He is proficient in Plastic, Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery, Trauma, Burns, Wound Management, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pulmonary and Critical Care, Podiatry, Ent and the Emergency Department. John has also developed and published several Coding, Billing and Reimbursement manuals for Burns, Trauma, Wound Management and Plastic Surgery. Plus, he has contracted with several Universities and private, large multi-specialty groups as the Consultant Educator on Coding and Reimbursement. He has also been an active Wound Care consultant to several large Wound Care global companies, as well as, a certified Wound Specialist. Mr. Bishop is the past Director and Adjunct Faculty for several Coding programs in Florida and is very involved in teaching many Coding and Reimbursement seminars for Surgeon, Physician and NPP groups nationwide. He is also a recent past president of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.  John is a national presenter for AAPC, PAHCS, Decision Health, The Coding Institute, AHIMA, and many other national groups, including McVey Seminars.

Jetton Torix, CCS-P, CPC-H, is a consultant specializing in coding, billing, compliance and documentation. She is a member of the American Health Information and Management Association and the American Academy of Professional Coders. Ms. Torix is a certified coding specialist from AHIMA and has over 15 years of reimbursement experience in medical offices, clinics, hospitals and as a billing consultant for a national health care management corporation. Her expertise stems from her exposure to medical practices and consulting. She performs auditing of medical charts, hospital Chargemasters and medical records for documentation and coding compliance. She also performs and conducts ICD-9 and CPT-4 code training seminars. She ensures that clients receive appropriate reimbursement through bill/medical record auditing. Ms. Torix is actively involved in the education of hospital staff and physicians through individualized in-servicing and on-site training.

Trish Bukauskas, C.M.S.C.S., C.M.M., & C.P.C. is both an administrator and management consultant with 19 years of successful coding, management and training in varied healthcare practices. From the hospital's Medicare "Part A" side - to physician offices "Part B," administrator in private practice, "fighting it out" with insurances, consulting with varied specialties on-site, and active membership with PAHCS, PAHCOM & AAPC in support of fellow office managers, coders and billers, she is quite busy. From a practice consulting business to continuing on-site management, Trish's experience is unique and comprehensive.
