What is it?

McVey Associates, Inc. would like to invite you to continue your education through questions faxed directly to the speaker who presented your seminar. You have up to 30 days after attending a seminar to fax any questions that you may have, free of charge. The question(s) will be forwarded to your seminar leader for a response as soon as possible within their travel schedule.

What if I have a question after 30 days?

If after 30 days from the date of your seminar you have a situation arise where you need coding assistance, McVey Associates, Inc offers a Code Facts program. For a fee, you can fax questions to us, as often as you like, and as many times as you like. The cost for this program is based on the units or minutes of time that the seminar leader spends answering the question(s). Each unit is 15 minutes @ $37.50 with a minimum of 1 unit and a maximum of 3 units. Our seminar leaders make every effort to answer the questions within 72 hours. However, this may or may not be applicable due to their travel schedule.

How do I participate?

To participate in this program, simply write-up your question on the Code Facts form in the spaces provided and fax the form back to our office at 415.892.1271. If your question falls outside of the 30 day window please include your credit card number and signature in the space provided at the bottom of the form. Answers are based on our consultant's expertise, EMS guidelines, prevailing practices, and may not always be the answer you wanted to hear. However, it will be the appropriate response to the question.
